The Handroll Bar works like a classic restaurant: you order à la carte, and every handroll is rolled fresh to order. There’s also sashimi, caviar, and drinks. The menu changes with the seasons.

You’re free to choose your wine, too: at the Handroll Bar, we pour selected wines by the glass and offer a selection of bottles. If you’d like to go further, just ask for the full wine list from our Omakase Bar.

Omakase Bar

SHIO Upstairs · Upper floor

Omakase means “I’ll leave it up to you.” Instead of an à la carte menu, there is a twelve-course tasting menu that the chef composes from seasonal ingredients and changes constantly.

All ten guests start together and experience every course at the same moment. The evening lasts about two hours. The menu is booked in advance. At the restaurant, you can choose from our curated wine list or opt for the wine pairing with the menu.
